ManuBite respects the intellectual property rights of others and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content on manubite.online infringes your copyright, you may request its removal by following the process below.
Filing a copyright complaint
Send a written notice to contact@manubite.online with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Request”. Your notice must include:
- Your full name and contact information (address, phone number, and email)
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- The exact URL of the page on manubite.online where the material appears
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
- Your physical or electronic signature
What happens next
We review every valid notice promptly. If the complaint is complete and appears legitimate, we will remove or disable access to the material and notify the party responsible where applicable. Incomplete notices may be returned with a request for the missing information.
Counter-notices
If you believe your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same email address with your contact information, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the removal was a mistake. We may restore the material as the law permits.
Repeat infringers
We maintain a policy of terminating or restricting access for repeat infringers where appropriate.
